AMBRO's unique glass processing technology can produce glass products with structures that are difficult to manufacture with conventional mechanical processing. Wafer diameters range from 2 to 10 inches, with thicknesses starting from 350μm. Integration of through-holes (TGV), cavities, and custom designs is possible.
